Today, having a well-designed and optimized website is crucial for any business. However, building a successful website requires careful planning. We have more than 20 years’ experience building websites. We know what to ask, and where things might fall apart, so you can plan them out in full before you start to build anything.

Our online consultations give you face-to-face, personalised guidance and support, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to revamp your existing website, we will work closely with you to understand your business objectives and help you to develop a comprehensive plan of attack.

During the consultation, we’ll work with you to assess your current website (if applicable). By analysing your current business plan, we’ll help you build a website that boosts your business, instead of hindering it. We provide guidance on website design, structure, navigation, and point out potential stumbling blocks.

Sometimes business owners get so caught up in “the big idea” that they forget how a business model translates into a functioning website.

In these consultations, we will ask all the relevant questions you should answer before you spend any more money on your website.

During this website planning consultation, we will ask questions like:

  • What is the hierarchy of the services you are selling?
  • What do your potential customers search for online?
  • How and why will users contact you?
  • What results are you trying to achieve and how are you tracking them?
  • If you’re selling products – do they have a simple price structure, or can they be customised with individually priced add-ons? How will you charge for shipping if you’re selling heavy items to overseas customers?

We will ask you the right questions to help you decide how your website should function to meet your business objectives in a practical and sustainable way.

We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time.
