  • You delay it because you hate compiling it
  • It gets stuck in spam filters

  • You have several new services

Weaknesses

  • You don’t know where to start
  • You have no design experience

Opportunities

  • Your PA could compile your database
  • You send answers to customers’ questions

Threats

  • Your turnover is dropping
  • All your competitors have a newsletter
